NOTICE OF HEARING UNDER THE
DEVELOPMENT CHARGES ACT
TAKE NOTICE that Pursuant to Section 20 (1) of the Development Charges Act, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Lucan Biddulph has scheduled a Hearing to receive comments on a complaint received with respect to the Township of Lucan Biddulph Development Charges for the Glavin Coating & Refinishing Ltd. development located at 6340 Fallon Drive, Lucan.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the hearing is scheduled to be held in-person on the 8th day of April, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. At this time, Council will hear comments from the complainant and all interested parties who wish to speak on the matter.
