A DRAFT Site Plan Alteration By-law has been developed to Prohibit and Regulate the Placing or Dumping of Fill, Removal of Topsoil and the Alteration of the Grade of Land in the Township of Lucan Biddulph
Public comments will be received until July 29th, 2022 before being presented to Council on August 9th.
