Canada Post employees are on strike as of today, Friday, November 15.  Delivery of mail to and from the Township of Lucan Biddulph will be significantly delayed and/or stopped completely.

Water, Tax and other Bills and Payments

• You are responsible for paying your bill on time, even if you do not receive your bill in the mail.
• If you need your balance owing, call or email @email , if you call in and get sent to voicemail, please leave a message with your name, phone number and street address so that staff may return your call.
• Do not put your bill payment in the mail. Instead, use other payment options such as through your bank or financial institution or the drop-box located at the staff entrance (front entrance) of the Township Office. If you are paying in cash, you will need to come into the Township Office during business hours to pay - do not put cash in the drop box.
