Donnelly dollar ballot rules:

1. No purchase is necessary to participate in this contest.
2. Participants have to completely fill out a Ballot and deposit it at any builder`s model home or the township office.
3. On the last business day of the month all ballots will be collected from builders and the municipal office.
4. The first draw will be at the first meeting of September 2007 and the final draw will be August 2009 for a total of 24 draws.
5. Ballots will be checked such that only a single ballot from any individual is included in the draw for that month.
6. Municipal employees and employees or agents for the builders or developers are not eligible for this contest.
7. At the beginning of the next council meeting (the first official meeting of the month) or at some other convenient time during this meeting the Mayor or designate will draw the winning ballot.
8. The winner`s name will be posted on the internet at the Donnelly Dollar Winner Page.
9. The winner will then be called by phone and the $50 in Donnelly Dollars will be available for pickup.
10. The winner has until December 31, 2009 to use their Donnelly dollars in any of the participating businesses as listed on the Ballot Page.
11. After the draw the ballots will be destroyed. Any eligible individual is then welcome to enter a ballot for the upcoming monthly draw.
12. Donnelly Dollars can only be used for services and merchandise at the participating merchants. There is no cash exchange value for the Donnelly Dollars but rather they can act as Same-As-Cash at the participating merchant`s place of business.
13. Same-As-Cash shall mean that merchants will subtract the value of the Donnelly Dollars tendered off of the purchase price at time of sale.
